National recording artist and smooth jazz guitarist Michael Walker brings a polished, energetic performance style rooted in blues tradition and contemporary jazz. Born in Newport, Arkansas, Michael’s love for guitar began at an early age through exposure to classic blues recordings, most notably the music of B.B. King. Inspired by legendary musicians he encountered through television and live performance, he committed himself to mastering the instrument.

Michael developed his musicianship by performing with seasoned players in live band settings, gaining valuable experience that shaped both his sound and stage presence. Today, he is known for delivering engaging performances that blend smooth jazz, blues, Motown favorites, popular cover tunes, and original compositions.
